针对金刚石钻头多品种、多规格等特点,开发了自动化金刚石钻头激光焊接成套系统。解决了焊接机械手动作、刀头稳定传送、电机驱动与PLC控制等关键技术,从激光焦点位置参数(偏移量、入射角)、激光功率和焊接速度等方面系统研究了金刚石钻头激光单面焊接工艺。结果表明:对于(?)62 mm和(?)82 mm、基体厚度2 mm的金刚石钻头,激光功率选择1600~1800 W,焊接速度在1.1~1.2 m/min范围内,其焊缝的成形良好,抗弯强度能达到国际MPA标准。
