在弱碱性条件下,以海藻酸钠为络合剂,与FeCl3反应生成多糖铁复合物。考察了FeCl3的添加量,pH,反应时间,反应温度对绞股蓝多糖铁复合物产量的影响,在单因素试验的基础上用响应面设计优化多糖铁复合物制备的最佳条件为:FeCl3的添加量为3 mL,pH为8,反应时间1 h,反应温度80℃,在此条件下得到绞股蓝多糖铁复合物0.647 5 g,扫描电镜分析Fe含量为29.14%。紫外和红外光谱分析证明绞股蓝多糖的羟基与Fe3+结合形成稳定的络合物。
In weak alkaline conditions, sodium alginate complexing agent, and FeCl3 reaction of polysaccharide iron complex. The effects of FeCl3 addition amount, pH, reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharide iron complex were investigated. The optimum conditions for the optimization of polysaccharide iron complex preparation based on single factor experiment were as follows: FeCl3 addition The amount of Fe was 3 mL, the pH was 8, the reaction time was 1 h and the reaction temperature was 80 ℃. Under this condition, 0.647 5 g of iron composite of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharide was obtained, and the content of Fe was 29.14% by scanning electron microscopy. UV and IR spectroscopic analysis proved that the hydroxyl group of Gynostemma polysaccharides with Fe3 + to form a stable complex.
