目的研究标准型白细胞分化抗原44(CD44s)和表皮生长因子(EGF)在鼻息肉中的表达,探讨其与鼻息肉发病的关系。方法收集鼻息肉患者20例,正常下鼻甲黏膜组织15例,用免疫组织化学染色观察CD44s和EGF的表达,以吸光度值代表两者的表达强度。结果鼻息肉黏膜上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞和基质炎症细胞CD44s的表达水平分别为0.24±0.07、0.28±0.05和0.36±0.08,明显高于下鼻甲黏膜组织的0.11±0.02、0.13±0.03和0.22±0.04(P<0.05);鼻息肉上皮中EGF的表达水平为0.22±0.05,明显高于下鼻甲黏膜上皮0.08±0.02(P<0.05)。结论CD44s和EGF在促进炎症细胞浸润、上皮损伤修复及疝出固有层的上皮化过程中有重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of standard white blood cell differentiation antigen 44 (CD44s) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in nasal polyps, and to explore its relationship with the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. Methods Twenty patients with nasal polyps were collected, and 15 cases of normal inferior turbinate mucosa were collected. The expression of CD44s and EGF was observed by immunohistochemical staining, and their expression intensity was represented by absorbance. Results The expression of CD44s in nasal polyps mucosal epithelial cells, vascular endothelial cells and stromal inflammatory cells were 0.24 ± 0.07,0.28 ± 0.05 and 0.36 ± 0.08, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of inferior turbinate mucosa (0.11 ± 0.02,0.13 ± 0.03 and 0.22 ± 0.04 (P <0.05). The expression of EGF in nasal polyps was 0.22 ± 0.05, which was significantly higher than that in inferior turbinate mucosa epithelium 0.08 ± 0.02 (P <0.05). Conclusion CD44s and EGF play an important role in promoting infiltration of inflammatory cells, epithelial injury and epithelialization of herniated lamina propria.
