介绍无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体用超高强度0.22+18×0.20ST钢丝帘线的结构和性能特征,并与0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线进行对比。结果表明,与0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线相比,0.22+18×0.20ST钢丝帘线的疲劳强度和疲劳后破断力高,等强度替代后可减小钢丝帘线和胶料用量,实现轮胎轻量化。
This paper introduces the structure and performance characteristics of the ultra high strength 0.22 + 18 × 0.20ST steel cord without a tube and compares them with 0.25 + 6 + 12 × 0.225HT steel cord. The results show that compared with 0.25 + 6 + 12 × 0.225HT steel cord, the fatigue strength of 0.22 + 18 × 0.20ST steel cord and the high breaking strength after fatigue can reduce the strength of steel cord and rubber Dosage, to achieve lightweight tires.
