能对企业产生影响的社会资本有多种,但是它们并不都属于企业社会资本。在家族企业代际传承中,这些社会资本的稳定性也各不相同。其中,企业内关键人员个人社会资本变化较大,对传承效果的影响最大。家族组织内部社会资本也有所起伏,会给传承带来一定的影响,而企业自身的社会资本却相对稳定,对传承的影响较小。因此,保证家族组织内部的和谐和稳定、加强企业自身社会资本的建设和积累,有助于避免由于社会资本的急剧变化而对传承产生的不利影响。
There are many types of social capital that can affect the business, but not all of them belong to the corporate social capital. In the inter-generational inheritance of family business, the stability of these social capital also varies. Among them, the key personal social capital in the enterprise changes a lot, which has the greatest influence on the inheritance effect. The social capital within the family organization also fluctuates, which will bring a certain influence to the inheritance. However, the social capital of the enterprise itself is relatively stable and has little impact on the inheritance. Therefore, to ensure the harmony and stability within the family organization and to strengthen the construction and accumulation of the enterprise’s own social capital, it helps to avoid the negative impact on the inheritance arising from the drastic social capital changes.
