物资采购管理是国际工程项目管理中重要内容之一。本文以某国际EPC水电工程为例,结合物资采购管理的ABC分析方法,重点分析属地化化采购管理中的重点A类物资,并以A类物资S水胀锚杆设计方案作为研究对象,运用价值工程原理,确定P锚杆方案为优选的属地化物资采购管理方案,寻求新的经济增长点取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益。最后提出了在国际工程中开展ABC&VE综合分析法应注意的有关事项,为中国承包商进一步实现本土化经营、加快实现施工进度、节约施工成本、提高国际竞争力提供参考。
Material procurement management is an important part of the international project management. In this paper, an international EPC project is taken as an example, combining with the ABC analysis method of material procurement management, the paper focuses on the analysis of the key A-type materials in the localized procurement management. Taking the design of the A-type material S water-swelling bolt as the research object, Value engineering principle, to determine the P-anchor program for the preferred procurement of materials management programs to seek new areas of economic growth has made good economic and social benefits. At last, it puts forward the related issues that should be noticed in the ABC & VE comprehensive analysis in international projects, which provides reference for Chinese contractors to further realize the localization management, accelerate the construction progress, save the construction cost and enhance the international competitiveness.
