[目的]建立紫外分光光度法测定生物农药吩嗪-1-羧酸(phenazine-1-carboxylic acid,PCA)含量的方法。[方法]PCA经有机溶剂溶解,微孔滤膜过滤后,在波长249 nm处用紫外分光光度法定量。[结果]乙腈是4种常用有机溶剂(乙腈、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇)中溶解PCA的最佳溶剂,线性质量浓度范围为0.25~3.0 mg/L(r2为0.999 9),相对标准偏差(RSD)最大为4.5%,检出限为0.01 mg/L,加标回收率为95.0%~101.9%。[结论]与高效液相法比较,该方法准确度、精密度良好,操作简单,易于推广使用。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of phenazine-1-carboxylic acid (PCA) in biological pesticide by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. [Method] PCA was dissolved in organic solvent, filtered through microporous membrane and quantified by UV spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 249 nm. [Result] Acetonitrile was the best solvent for dissolving PCA in four commonly used organic solvents (acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, methanol and ethanol) with the linear range of 0.25-3.0 mg / L (r2 0.999 9). The relative standard deviation (RSD) of 4.5%, the detection limit of 0.01 mg / L, the spiked recoveries of 95.0% ~ 101.9%. [Conclusion] Compared with high performance liquid phase method, this method has good accuracy, precision, simple operation and easy to popularize.
