[目的]了解海南省黎族地区农村孕妇孕期营养认知状况及其影响因素,为进一步制定改善孕妇营养状况和提高黎族地区人口出生素质的相关干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]对海南黎族地区229名农村孕妇进行访谈式问卷调查。[结果]海南黎族地区农村孕妇营养知识平均得分为(42.99±18.74),不同地区间有差异(F=2.957,P﹤0.05)。其影响因素有文化程度、年龄、家庭月人均收入(r分别为0.556,0.292,0.206,P值均﹤0.05),与孕期、是否生育无关(r分别为-0.011,0.012,P值均﹥0.05)。[结论]海南黎族地区农村孕妇总体的营养认知状况较差,各级卫生保健机构应加强孕期营养及保健相关知识的宣教力度和广度,改进宣教方式,采取进一步干预措施改善孕妇营养状况。
[Objective] To understand the nutritional status of pregnant women in rural areas of Hainan Province during the pregnancy and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for further developing the nutritional status of pregnant women and improving the quality of birth in Li ethnic areas. [Method] An interview questionnaire survey was conducted on 229 rural pregnant women in Li ethnic region of Hainan. [Results] The average score of nutritional knowledge of rural pregnant women in Li ethnic region of Hainan was (42.99 ± 18.74), which was different between different regions (F = 2.957, P <0.05). (R = 0.556,0.292,0.206 respectively, all P <0.05), and had no correlation with pregnancy or childbirth (r = -0.011,0.012, P> 0.05, respectively) ). [Conclusion] The pregnant women in Hainan Li ethnic region generally have a poor nutrition awareness. Health care institutions at all levels should strengthen the propaganda and breadth of nutrition and health related knowledge during pregnancy, improve the methods of propaganda and take further interventions to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women.
