采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同系列的WO_3-CeO_2-ZrO_2/HZSM-5、WO_3-CuO/HZSM-5及WO_3-CeO_2/HZSM-5催化剂,考察了该系列催化剂净化FCC再生烟气中NOx污染物的性能。结果表明,WO_3在HZSM-5上的负载质量分数6%、W与Ce物质的量比为10:2的WO_3-CeO_2/HZSM-5催化剂对FCC再生烟气中NOx污染物净化效果最好。在空速20 000h~(-1)条件下,NO最大转化率为88.7%,烃类完全转化温度为387℃。同时考察了空速和水热老化对催化剂WO_3-CeO_2/HZSM-5性能的影响,结果表明,该催化剂具有一定的抗水热老化能力。
Different series of WO_3-CeO_2-ZrO_2 / HZSM-5, WO_3-CuO / HZSM-5 and WO_3-CeO_2 / HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by the same volume impregnation method. The performance of things. The results show that the catalyst possesses certain ability of resistance to thermal aging.
