目的探讨矿山应急救援人员工作心理控制源对工作满意感的影响。方法以568名矿山应急救援人员为调查对象,采用工作心理控制源量表(WLCS)测评其工作心理控制源情况,工作满意感量表测量其工作满意状况,调查年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状态等一般资料。采用协方差和逐步回归分析方法对数据进行分析。结果随着工作心理控制源得分的增高,工作满意感、工作组织满意感及工作本身满意感得分逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作心理控制源与工作本身满意感、工作组织满意感和工作满意感总分呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。逐步回归分析显示,工作心理控制源水平对工作本身满意感和工作满意感总分呈负向影响,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论矿山应急救援人员工作心理控制源水平对工作满意感存在着负向影响。
Objective To explore the impact of psychological control of mine emergency workers on job satisfaction. Methods A total of 568 mine rescue workers were selected as the research objects. WLCS was used to evaluate the psychological control of work place. The job satisfaction scale was used to measure the job satisfaction. The age, sex, educational level, marriage Status and other general information. Data were analyzed using covariance and stepwise regression analysis. Results As the scores of psychological control source increased, the scores of job satisfaction, job satisfaction and job satisfaction gradually decreased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The sources of work control were negatively correlated with work satisfaction, work organization satisfaction and work satisfaction, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the level of work-based mental control had a negative impact on job satisfaction and job satisfaction scores, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of psychological control of mine emergency rescue workers has a negative impact on job satisfaction.
