目的 以动物实验为基础探讨栓塞治疗在下消化道出血中应用的可行性及安全有效的范围。材料与方法 实验动物为健康犬 6只 ,使用 5FCobra导管、3FSP微导管 ,每只犬分别行 3次实验。在选择性肠系膜前动脉造影的基础上 ,选取有 3级以上动脉分支的肠段进行实验。结果 分段结扎直动脉及末级动脉弓动脉后均可见到肠管局限性地收缩 ,术后观察 1、2周均未见肠梗死 ;病理检查实验肠管均未见明显的异常改变。结论 在实验动物具有 3级以上动脉分支的肠段局部进行直动脉近端和末级动脉弓动脉的栓塞治疗是安全、有效的 ,不会引起肠梗死的发生。终末动脉弓前动脉的栓塞治疗有可能发生肠梗死。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and the safe and effective range of embolization in lower gastrointestinal bleeding based on animal experiments. Materials and Methods Experimental animals were healthy dogs 6, 5FCobra catheter, 3FSP microcatheter, each dog were 3 times the experiment. On the basis of selective anterior mesenteric artery angiography, we selected the intestine of more than grade 3 arterial branches for experiment. Results The bowel was contracted constrictedly after ligation of the right and left aortic arteries in all stages. No postoperative infarction was observed in 1 and 2 weeks after operation. No significant abnormalities were found in the intestinal tract of the pathological examination. CONCLUSIONS: Embolization of proximal and distal aortic arch arteries in the intestine of experimental animals with grade 3 or higher branches is safe and effective and does not cause intestinal infarction. Embolization of the anterior arch artery may result in intestinal infarction.
