基于一维传导模型和热力学理论,对面电极悬空支撑型和带衬底型两种结构的LiTaO_3热释电探测器沿厚度方向压电谐振影响下的性能参数进行了讨论,并用压电测量方法观察了谐振特性。理论计算结果表明:在谐振频率附近探测器噪声明显增大,但探测器的响应率和噪声等效功率分别增大两个数量级和减小一个数量级,前置放大器在谐振频率附近的输入电阻取10~3~10~5Ω即可达到满意的匹配效果。
Based on the one-dimensional conduction model and thermodynamic theory, the performance parameters of the LiTaO_3 pyroelectric detector with floating electrode support and substrate with two kinds of structures under the influence of piezoelectric resonance in the thickness direction were discussed. The piezoelectric parameters were measured by piezoelectric measurement The resonant characteristics. The theoretical calculation results show that the detector noise increases obviously near the resonant frequency, but the detector response rate and noise equivalent power increase by two orders of magnitude and decrease by one order of magnitude respectively. The input resistance of the preamplifier near the resonant frequency 10 ~ 3 ~ 10 ~ 5Ω to achieve satisfactory matching effect.
