模拟高炉喷吹含氢煤气条件下炉料的变化过程,结果表明,炉料的低温还原粉化率随氢含量增加而增加。随着温度的升高炉料的低温还原粉化率降低。氢含量升高有利于铁氧化物的还原、CO的析碳,温度为900℃时氢对还原矿的碳含量无影响。氢含量升高,焦炭的反应后强度大幅度降低。
The simulation results show that the low temperature reduction and pulverization rate of charge increase with the increase of hydrogen content. With the increase of the temperature, the charge reduction rate of the charge decreases. Hydrogen content is conducive to the reduction of iron oxide, CO of carbon precipitation, the temperature of 900 ℃, hydrogen has no effect on the carbon content of the reduced ore. Hydrogen content increases, the coke reaction intensity greatly reduced.
