目的:确定正己烷索氏提取桑籽油的最佳工艺。方法:将桑籽粉碎,用正己烷对桑籽油进行提取。以桑籽油提取率为指标,分别考察了浸提溶剂、回流温度、提取时间、溶剂倍量等因素对桑籽油提取率的影响,进行了工艺优化的正交设计,确定了桑籽油提取的最佳工艺。结果:对提取率影响主次次序为回流温度、提取时间、溶剂倍量。提取桑籽油最佳提取工艺为回流温度80℃,提取时间4 h,溶剂倍量(g∶mL)1∶24。桑籽油的提取率32.33%。结论:该工艺稳定、可行、节能,生产周期短,提取效率高,适于工业化生产。
Objective: To determine the optimum extraction process of ramose seed oil from Soxhlet. Methods: The mulberry seeds were crushed and mulberry oil was extracted with n-hexane. Taking the extraction rate of mulberry seed oil as an index, the effects of extraction solvent, reflux temperature, extraction time and solvent volume on the extraction rate of mulberry seed oil were investigated respectively. The orthogonal design of process optimization was carried out. Extraction of the best technology. Results: The main order of the extraction rate for the reflux temperature, extraction time, solvent volume. Extraction of mulberry seed oil extraction process for the best reflux temperature 80 ℃, extraction time 4 h, solvent times (g: mL) 1:24. Mulberry oil extraction rate of 32.33%. Conclusion: The process is stable, feasible, energy saving, short production cycle, high extraction efficiency, suitable for industrial production.
