目的分析人性化护理模式在核医学科检查中提升患者满意度的作用。方法选取我院2013年8月至2014年8月在核医学科接受检查患者80例为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予人性化护理模式,对人性化护理模式在核医学科检查中提升患者满意度的作用进行分析。结果对照组总有效率为80%,明显低于观察组92.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度为57.5%,明显低于观察组100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式在核医学科检查中,能有效提高护理满意度,有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing model on patient satisfaction in nuclear medicine examination. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing nuclear examination from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given humanized nursing mode. Nursing model in the nuclear medicine examination to enhance patient satisfaction role analysis. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group (92.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 57.5%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing model can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and have clinical promotion value in the examination of nuclear medicine.
