通过室内腐蚀挂片和电化学试验,比较了两种相同强度级别、不同合金化体系的低合金钢手工焊接头在海水介质中的腐蚀行为,并结合微观分析,对腐蚀影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明:在同一接头的各区之间,A钢接头母材的耐蚀性较差,B钢接头焊缝的耐蚀性较差,两钢接头均是热影响区的耐蚀性相对较好;比较A、B钢焊接接头,B钢接头的耐蚀性总体上优于A钢,但需要改进其焊缝金属的耐蚀性;接头各区中的夹杂物、化学成分和微观组织的差异,是导致接头耐蚀性差异的主要原因。
The corrosive behaviors of two kinds of low-alloy steel hand-welded joints with the same strength and different alloying systems in seawater were compared by means of indoor corrosion coupons and electrochemical tests, and the influencing factors of corrosion were discussed with the microscopic analysis. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the base metal of A steel joint is poor and the corrosion resistance of B steel joint weld is poor, and the corrosion resistance of both steel joints in the heat affected zone is relatively good The corrosion resistance of welded joint of B and B steel is better than that of A steel in general, but the corrosion resistance of the weld metal needs to be improved. The differences of inclusions, chemical composition and microstructure in the joints, Is the main reason leading to differences in corrosion resistance of joints.
