本文运用SCL-90和大五人格简化版(NEO-FFI)对鄂尔多斯市400多名中职生的心理健康水平进行调查研究。研究发现,在SCL-90测验中,中职生除了有更强的敌对性,在其它方面与普高生相比互有短长,可以说中职生的心理健康水平与普高生在其余方面没有本质区别,这说明中职生的心理健康问题并不比同龄学生严重;通过比较,中职生大五人格简化版(NEO-FFI)得分与SCL-90量表得分发现,中职生的人格与他们的心理健康水平密切相关。最后,结合文献和数据,从积极心理学的角度对中职生的心理健康教育进行讨论和研究。
This paper investigates the mental health of more than 400 secondary vocational students in Erdos using SCL-90 and NEO-FFI. The study found that, in the SCL-90 test, secondary vocational students in addition to having a stronger hostility, compared with other students in the short and long, we can say that the level of mental health of secondary vocational students and the rest of the students did not The difference between the two groups is not significant, which shows that the secondary vocational school students’ mental health problems are not worse than those of the same age. Through comparing the NEO-FFI score and SCL-90 scale score, Their mental health is closely related. Finally, based on the literature and data, we discuss and study the mental health education of secondary vocational students from the perspective of positive psychology.
