介绍了一种基于PIC单片机控制的超声波清洗设备,给出了系统的控制电路、功率放大电路及单片机软件的设计方法,特别研究了换能器的频率跟踪技术及阻抗匹配电路的设计。系统可以实现自动频率跟踪、功率调节、定时等多功能控制,另有扫描、振荡两种工作方式可选择。实践证明:超声波清洗速度快、效果好,性能稳定,现产品已投入生产。
A kind of ultrasonic cleaning equipment based on PIC singlechip control is introduced. The design methods of control circuit, power amplifying circuit and SCM software of the system are given. The frequency tracking technology of converter and the design of impedance matching circuit are especially studied. The system can achieve automatic frequency tracking, power regulation, timing and other multi-function control, while another scan, oscillation two working methods to choose from. Practice has proved that: ultrasonic cleaning speed, good effect, stable performance, the product has been put into production.
