随着中国加入WTO,合资、独资旅行社的进入,旅行社的竞争将越来越激烈。质量是旅游企业的生命线,向旅游者提供优质服务是旅行社生存和发展的关键。本文通过对目前我国旅行社企业服务质量现状及其服务质量低下原因进行了分析,提出了提高旅行社服务质量的可行性对策,以促进我国旅行社业的发展。
With China’s accession to the WTO, joint ventures, wholly-owned travel agencies to enter the competition will be more and more fierce travel agencies. Quality is the lifeline of tourism enterprises, to provide tourists with quality service is the survival and development of travel agencies the key. Based on the analysis of the current situation of service quality and the reasons for the low service quality of travel agencies in our country, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to improve the service quality of travel agencies in order to promote the development of travel agency in our country.
