实验评价了BZ28-2S混合原油加剂前后的析蜡特性、流变特性与粘温特性,结果表明:BZ28-2S混合原油对SW3流动改进剂具有良好的感受性,扩大了管道输送的安全温度范围。在高温段(35~65℃)混合原油加剂前后的粘温曲线基本重合,均表现为牛顿流体;在低温段(15~30℃),混合原油表现为非牛顿流体,此时,在同一温度下,加剂后混合原油的表观粘度和反常点显著降低,低温流动性得到明显改善。此外,通过添加流动改进剂,混合原油的静屈服值大大降低,提高了海底管道停输再启动的安全性。
The wax, rheological and viscosity-temperature characteristics of BZ28-2S mixed crude oil were evaluated experimentally before and after the addition of BZ28-2S. The results show that BZ28-2S mixed crude oil has good sensibility to SW3 flow improver and expands the safe temperature range of pipeline transportation . The viscosity-temperature curves before and after the mixed crude oil in the high temperature range (35-65 ℃) basically coincide, showing Newtonian fluid. In the low temperature range (15-30 ℃), the mixed crude oil behaves as non-Newtonian fluid. At this time, At the same temperature, the apparent viscosity and abnormal point of the mixed crude oil decreased significantly after addition, and the fluidity at low temperature was significantly improved. In addition, by adding a flow improver, the static yield value of the blended crude oil is greatly reduced, improving the safety of re-starting the subsea pipeline shutdown.
