目的:针对目前生附片加工过程中褐变明显、双酯型生物碱含量较低问题,探索创新高品质生附片的绿色加工方法。方法:以鲜附子切片化学褐变抑制剂处理后烘干为对照,比较鲜附子阶段升温灭酶切片烘干法、鲜附子切片直接烘干、鲜附子切片自然晒干、鲜附子切片天然褐变抑制剂处理烘干、鲜附子切片后烫漂处理烘干5种绿色加工方式对生附片褐变抑制及双酯型生物碱含量的影响。结果:鲜附子切片自然晒干、鲜附子切片直接烘干和烫漂处理抑制褐变效果较差,天然褐变抑制剂能有效抑制生附片的褐变,而阶段升温灭酶切片法抑制褐变效果和外观最好,双酯型生物碱含量略低于鲜附子切片自然晒干,与其余方法基本相当。结论:阶段升温灭酶切片烘干法用于生附片的绿色加工有较大的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the problem of low browning, low content of diester alkaloids in the process of raw epididymis, and to explore a new green processing method of high quality raw epididymis. Methods: The fresh aconite slice chemical browning inhibitor after drying as a control, compared fresh aconite stage heating enzyme slice drying method, freshly dried monkshood slices directly dried, freshly dried monkshood slices naturally dried, fresh monkshood slices of natural brown Effects of Inhibitors Treatment and Drying, Blanching and Submerging Treatment of Five Kinds of Green Processing Methods on the Browning Inhibition and Diesteroid Alkaloid Content in Raw Subcups. Results: The fresh dried monkshood slices were sun-dried, the direct drying and blanching treatment of fresh monkshood slices was less effective in inhibiting browning. Natural browning inhibitor could effectively inhibit the browning of raw schistosomula, Browning effect and appearance of the best, double ester alkaloid content slightly lower than fresh monkshood slices naturally dried, and the rest of the method is basically the same. Conclusion: It is of great application prospect to green-process the green-processing of the raw tablets with phase-heating and de-enzymatic slicing drying method.
