本实验探讨了运动技能学习过程中动作的类似程度与迁移效果的关系.结果表明:第一,在运动技能的学习中,迁移的效果取决于两个动作在结构上的相似性,其相似程度越大,正迁移的效果越明显;而当两个动作在结构上既相似又不相似时,与零迁移相比,负迁移的效果明显增加.第二,罗宾森所提出的“类似程度与迁移模式”同样也适用于运动技能学习的迁移.
This study explored the relationship between the similarities and the effects of the movement during the study of motor skills.The results show that: first, in the study of motor skills, the effect of the transfer depends on the structural similarity of the two motions, and their similarities The greater the positive migration is and the more obvious the effect is.While the two actions are similar and dissimilar in structure, the effect of negative migration obviously increases compared with zero migration.Secondly, Robinson’s “similarity degree and migration Mode ”also applies to the transfer of motor skills learning.
