‘晋谷’是以内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔扎兰屯沙果自然实生单株优选法选育的沙果新品种。果实扁圆形,平均单果重44.6 g,最大单果重55.0 g;果实鲜红色或浓红色,果面光滑;果皮薄,果肉黄白色,果肉较硬,肉质细、脆,香味浓,风味甜酸,无涩味,品质佳;可溶性固形物含量14.00%,总糖含量10.32%,有机酸含量0.42%,糖酸比24.57,耐贮性好。在山西省太谷地区,果实7月上旬成熟。2012年通过山西省林木品种审定委员会审定。
’Jin Valley’ is a new type of sago which is bred by the natural selection of single plant in Hulunbeier Zharanzun Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The fruit is oblate, with an average fruit weight of 44.6 g and a maximum fruit weight of 55.0 g. The fruit is bright red or red with a smooth fruit surface. The pericarp is thin and the flesh is yellowish white and the flesh is hard and hardened. , No astringent taste, good quality; soluble solids content of 14.00%, the total sugar content of 10.32%, organic acid content of 0.42%, sugar acid ratio of 24.57, good storage.
