目的促进住院医师规范化培训中医德教育质量的提高。方法选择北京、四川、山西三省市不同级别医院的医务人员,就其对住院医师医德教育的态度、需求,医德教育开展现状及影响因素等进行调查。结果多数医院已经开展住院医师规培中的医德教育,以讲座为主,但是现状不能令人十分满意。绝大多数医务人员认为有必要在住院医师规培中开展医德教育,以医患沟通技巧需求最高,形式需求无明显倾向性。影响医德养成的重要因素有社会、医疗风气,从医的理想信念,医院文化建设。丰富内容及形式和作为必修课学分可以提高住院医师的积极性。有必要将其考核纳入到住院医师公共必修课中。结论应该关注医务人员的需求和医德养成的影响因素,构建系统化模式,改革教育方式。
Objective To promote the improvement of the quality of medical ethics education in standardized training of residents. Methods The medical staff at different levels of hospitals in Beijing, Sichuan and Shanxi provinces and cities were selected to investigate their attitude and needs to the medical ethics education of residents, the status quo and influence factors of medical ethics education. Results Most of the hospitals have carried out medical ethics education in residency training, which is mainly based on lectures, but the status quo can not be very satisfactory. The vast majority of medical staff think it is necessary to carry out medical ethics education in residency training, with the highest demand for doctor-patient communication skills and no obvious tendency in form requirement. Important factors that influence the development of medical ethics are social and medical ethos, ideal and faith in medical treatment and hospital culture construction. Abundant content and form and as a required course credits can increase the enthusiasm of residents. It is necessary to include their examination in public compulsory residency. Conclusion The medical staff should pay attention to the needs and ethics to develop the influencing factors, build a systematic model, reform education.
