引言随着激光化学和激光分离同位素研究工作的开展,迫切需要一种譜綫稳定、寿命长、輸出能量較大的TEA CO_2激光器。为此,我們研制了一台CP—Ⅱ型选频双放电TEA CO_2激光器。經过一年多科研工作的考驗,証明性能良好。TEA CO_2激光器的关键是怎样达到大面积均勻輝光放电,为此有各种子电离技术,該器件采用由三个电极組成的双放电結构。这种子电离方式早为Pan和Bishop等人所采用,效果良好。近年来,国内兄弟单位也用过这种子电离方式,取得了一些經驗,在他們工作的基础上,我們对电极結构,电路参数等做了一些改进,改善了放电性能,光腔結构上考
INTRODUCTION With the development of laser chemical and laser separation isotopes, there is an urgent need for a TEA CO_2 laser with stable spectral line, long lifetime and large output energy.
