随着《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的颁布和新课改的深入开展,幼儿教育受到空前的重视,幼儿教师的角色也备受瞩目。近年来,大批专业幼师走上工作岗位,成为幼教战线的生力军。然而,从中也暴露出幼儿教育的一个误区——单一性别的“娘子军”式队伍。研究表明,高水平的智力成就是同糅合两性品质的男女同一化相联系的。幼儿园教师性别比例的严重失调,容易导致幼儿性格的偏差,甚至影响幼儿未来健全人格的形成和发展。这里仅对男性幼儿教师价值作一些探讨。
With the promulgation of “Guidance Outline for Kindergarten Education” and the further development of new curriculum reform, early childhood education has received unprecedented attention. The role of preschool teachers has also drawn much attention. In recent years, a large number of professional kindergartens have embarked on work positions and become the new force in the education early front. However, it also reveals a misunderstanding of early childhood education - single-sex “militia” style team. Research shows that a high level of intellectual achievement is linked to the homogenization of both genders. Kindergarten teachers, the serious imbalance of sex ratio, easily lead to deviations in children’s personality, and even affect the future of children’s healthy personality formation and development. Here only for the value of male kindergarten teachers to make some discussion.
