我们厂在生产如图1所示的工件时,由于我厂既无双动拉伸压力机,也无带气垫装置的单动压力机,生产这样一个典型拉伸件存在着很多困难。我们原采用的固定式压边装置拉伸模,由于每生产一个工件需将压边圈装上拆卸一次,且由于用螺栓拉紧压边圈压边力得不到保证,故制件一直不合格。拉伸出来的工件不是起皱很厉害就是底部断裂,且工人的劳动强度大,生产率低,远远跟不上生产的需要。通过分析双动拉伸压力机及气垫压边的优点和一般弹簧压边结构(图2)的缺点,采用了另一种弹簧压迫拉伸模结构(图3),兹介绍如下。
