本实验采用分离细胞体外培养和MTT微量比色法,观察了新生大鼠视网膜(R)、顶盖浅灰质(T)、间脑后外侧部(G)和枕叶皮质(C)等细胞体外培养生长的相互影响。培养3天后,MTT微量比色法测定发现:分别取自视觉系统两个部分的混合细胞培养,除G+C和T+G生长不活跃外,其余的混合培养均比单独培养的细胞生长明显活跃(高1.3~3倍不等)。其中R+T和R+G生长最为活跃,其次为R+C和T+C。另外T的条件培养液(Tc)可使R细胞生长活跃3倍,使G细胞生长活跃2倍。R的条件培养液(Rc)增强G和C细胞生长活性分别为1.3倍和2倍。以上的实验表明,T和R的条件培养液中,可能有神经诱向因子存在。
