目的:检测Rab4a在乳腺癌与乳腺纤维腺瘤中的表达,分析其与表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)和上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)表达的关系。方法:取乳腺癌标本74例,乳腺纤维腺瘤标本40例,用免疫组化检测Rab4a表达,分析其与乳腺癌转移、病理分级的关系;同时检测Her-2和E-cadherin的表达,分析与Rab4a的相关性。结果:Rab4a在乳腺纤维腺瘤中不表达或低表达,在乳腺癌组织中高表达(78.4%);两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移组与非转移组间,病理学Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组与Ⅲ级组间,及Her-2低表达组与高表达组间,Rab4a的表达均无统计学差异。Rab4a表达在E-cadherin高表达组中显著高于E-cadherin低表达组,Rab4a与E-cadherin的表达存在正相关(r=0.3309,P=0.0040)。结论:Rab4a在乳腺癌的表达明显高于纤维腺瘤,Rab4a的表达与E-cadherin的表达密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of Rab4a in breast cancer and breast fibroadenoma, and to analyze its relationship with the expression of Her-2 and E-cadherin. Methods: Totally 74 breast cancer specimens and 40 breast fibroadenoma specimens were obtained. The expression of Rab4a was detected by immunohistochemistry and the relationship with the metastasis and pathological grade was analyzed. The expressions of Her-2 and E-cadherin were also analyzed Correlation with Rab4a. Results: Rab4a was not expressed or underexpressed in breast fibroadenoma and was highly expressed in breast cancer (78.4%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). In the group of axillary lymph node metastasis and non-metastasis There was no significant difference in the expression of Rab4a between groupsⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and between Her-2 low expression group and high expression group. Rab4a expression in E-cadherin high expression group was significantly higher than E-cadherin low expression group, Rab4a and E-cadherin expression was positively correlated (r = 0.3309, P = 0.0040). Conclusion: The expression of Rab4a in breast cancer is significantly higher than that in fibroadenoma. The expression of Rab4a is closely related to the expression of E-cadherin.
