当代体育大学生思想十分活跃，内心活动也很复杂，他们正在探索、思考着人生和社会的许多问题。针对他们的思想状况和心理特点，实施有效的教育影响，是对新时期体育教育工作者提出的重要课题。旨在从探索北京体育大学篮球专项学生从事篮球裁判工作动机的特点出发，以期进而了解该校全校学生的思想状况和学习动机，为有关部门提供可靠的参考资料。
Contemporary sports college students are very active and their inner activities are very complicated. They are exploring and thinking about many problems in life and society. In view of their ideological and psychological characteristics, the implementation of effective educational influence is an important issue raised by the PE educators in the new era. The purpose of this article is to explore the motivation of basketball special students in Beijing Sport University to engage in basketball referee motivation, so as to learn more about the ideological status and motivation of the whole school and to provide reliable reference materials for the relevant departments.
