纯水通量代表超滤膜的生产能力,是超滤膜重要的表征参数之一。测定了聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维超滤膜的纯水通量,建立了纯水通量测定不确定分析数学模型。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》中相关规定,运用不确定度传递原理评定了测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,该方法测量结果不确定度的主要来源是纯水通量重复性测量和测试水温。当超滤膜样品纯水通量为1.02×10-1 m3/(m2·h)时,测定结果的扩展不确定度为1.04×10-2 m3/(m2·h)。
Pure water flux represents the production capacity of ultrafiltration membrane, ultrafiltration membrane is one of the important characterization parameters. The pure water flux of polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was measured and a mathematical model of uncertainty analysis of pure water flux was established. According to the relevant provisions of “Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty”, the uncertainty of measurement results is evaluated by using the principle of uncertainty transmission. The results show that the main sources of measurement uncertainty are the pure water flux repeatability measurement and the test water temperature. When the pure water flux of the ultrafiltration membrane sample is 1.02 × 10-1 m3 / (m2 · h), the expanded uncertainty of the determination results is 1.04 × 10-2 m3 / (m2 · h).
