提升班主任德育能力是新时期学生成长教育和素质教育的需要,同时也是提升班级管理质量的重要保障。班主任德育课堂的构建必须以班主任德育观念为核心,德育经验为指导,通过组织班级活动等方式提升德育技能,在开班会中提升德育水平,在与家长和科任教师的沟通中提升德育能力。
To improve the ability of class teacher moral education is the need of students’ growth education and quality education in the new era, and also an important guarantee to improve class management quality.
