现如今,食用菌以其较高的营养价值,成为我国乃至国外广大民众最青睐的食品之一。然而,在培养食用菌的过程中,会受到各种病虫害的影响,因而干扰其正常生长,给人民的生产生活带来一定损失。为此,要根据病虫害的具体情况针对性地解决,保持生态稳定,在处理病虫危害的同时保证食用菌本身及其生长环境的安全和不被污染。基于此,将重点阐述食用菌主要病虫害以及综合性的防治策略,以期为食用菌的健康发展提供参考。
Today, edible fungi, with their high nutritional value, have become one of the most favored foods for the general public in China and abroad. However, in the process of cultivating edible fungi, it will be affected by various pests and diseases, thus interfering with its normal growth and causing some loss to people’s production and living. To this end, according to the specific circumstances of pests and diseases addressed in a targeted manner, to maintain ecological stability, pests and diseases in dealing with pest damage at the same time to ensure their own safety and growth of the environment is not contaminated. Based on this, we will focus on the main pests and diseases of mushrooms and comprehensive prevention and control strategies in order to provide a reference for the healthy development of mushrooms.
