大蒜是我国传统中药,含硫有机化合物是大蒜的主要活性成分。胱硫醚γ裂解酶/硫化氢(CSE/H2S)体系失调与心脑血管发病机制密切相关。大蒜含硫化合物作为外源性H_2S供体或参与内源性H_2S生成进而影响CSE/H_2S体系而发挥心血管效应。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对大蒜含硫化合物心血管效应及其与CSE/H_2S体系的关系进行综述,为大蒜含硫化合物开发为具备心血管效应的H_2S供体药物提供一定的参考。
Garlic is China’s traditional Chinese medicine, sulfur-containing organic compounds are the main active ingredients of garlic. The disorder of cystathionine gamma-lyase / hydrogen sulfide (CSE / H2S) system is closely related to the pathogenesis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Garlic sulfur compounds as exogenous H_2S donor or participate in the formation of endogenous H_2S and thus affect the CSE / H_2S system and play a cardiovascular effect. This review summarizes the cardiovascular effects of sulfur-containing compounds in garlic and its relationship with CSE / H 2 S systems by consulting domestic and foreign literatures and provides some references for the development of sulfur-containing compounds in garlic for H 2 S donor drugs with cardiovascular effects.
