随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,土地的商品属性日益凸显,土地流转的方式、内容、利益连带、政策引导等都在发生着深刻的变化。因而土地流转带来的利益分配问题成为了当前急需解决的问题。从级差地租的形成条件和作用发挥来看,马克思级差地租理论在社会主义中国依然具有现实生命力。运用马克思级差地租理论,合理处理和调配多主体的利益,是具有时代价值和现实意义的。
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy in China, the commodity attributes of land have become increasingly prominent. The ways and contents of land transfer, the joint interests, and policy guidance have undergone profound changes. Therefore, the distribution of benefits brought by the land transfer has become an urgent problem to be solved. From the formation of differential rent conditions and the role of play point of view, Marxism differential rent theory in socialism in China still has realistic vitality. The use of Marxism differential rent theory, rational handling and deployment of the interests of multi-subjects, is of the time value and practical significance.
