为了解中小学中青年体育教师专业成长状况,采用问卷调查法对郴州市中小学中青年体育教师进行调查研究后发现:中青年体育教师教龄普遍较高,但教师职称偏低,高学历人员较少,现阶段中青年体育教师的专业成长状况不容乐观。影响中青年体育教师专业成长的主要因素是体育教师专业培养的机制不完善,没有专业水平的监测制度,教学上对体育教师专业水平要求不严格,专业地位得不到重视,中青年体育教师的工作和生活压力过大等。
