为加强小型基建、非生产性技改大修项目全过程管控和管理,规避项目建设风险,确保项目建设的安全优质高效,结合公司小型基建及非生项目管理工作重点,蒙东电力公司后勤工作部于2月14日组织召开了项目质量管理研讨会,深度研讨如何进一步加强和提升小型基建及非生项目的质量管理,结合同业对标及管理创新提炼典型经验。在讨论中,公司后勤工作部提出了“小基建、大管理”的全新管理创新方向和目标。
