目的 :研究香砂平胃散 (XSPWS)及其组成药物对小鼠小肠推进功能的影响。方法 :小鼠随机分为对照组、西沙必利组和SXPWS组 ,以葡聚糖蓝 (BD) 2 0 0 0为标记物 ,观察小鼠的小肠推进比 ,并以同样方法进行正交试验。结果 :XSPWS组及西沙必利组的小肠推进比与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。苍术、陈皮、木香、砂仁有促进小肠推进功能的作用 ,木香的促小肠推进作用与全方剂具有可比性 ,各味药物之间存在广泛的协同作用。结论 :XSPWS及其部分组成药物有促小肠推进功能 ,其中木香起主要作用 ,各组成药物之间存在着广泛的一级交互作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Xiangsha Pingweisan (XSPWS) and its constituent drugs on the intestinal propulsive function of mice. METHODS: Mice were randomly divided into control group, cisapride group and SXPWS group. Glucan blue (BD) 2000 was used as a marker to observe the small intestine advancing ratio of mice and the orthogonal test was performed by the same method. . Results: There was a significant difference in the ratio of small intestine advancing between the XSPWS group and the cisapride group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Atractylodes lanceolata, dried tangerine peel, woody scent, and Amomum villosum promote the function of small intestine advancing. Woody stimulating effect of promoting small intestine is comparable with that of all prescriptions. There is a wide range of synergistic effects among herbs. Conclusion : XSPWS and some of its constituent drugs promote intestinal propulsion function, among which woody aromas play a major role and there are extensive first-order interactions between the constituent drugs.
