应当看到,青年职工的思想教育,在全国思想宣传工作会议以后,得到明显的加强,也有了相应的成效。但是,青工教育实效性差仍是一个客观存在。具体表现在教育内容上,还不完全适应市场经济条件下,转换企业经营机制提出的新要求,脱离了青年职工的实际。教育者讲的与青工想的两层皮,领导的要求与青工的追求往往是两回事。在教育方法上,或简单训导,或流于迎合牵就青工的个人情趣,或呆板灌输,引不起青工的共鸣,没有吸引力。 当然,造成青年职工思想教育实效性差的原因是复杂的,但从教育自身分析,至少有两点不能忽视:一是教育者缺乏洞察青年职工心灵活的能力,把握不好思想教
