1994~1996年,用毒力频率测定结合异地鉴定方法分析了河南省小麦白粉病群体结构以及小麦品种对白粉病的抗性。结果表明,河南省小麦白粉菌对所有供试小麦材料都存在相应的毒性基因,但毒性基因频率有明显差异。对pm1、pm3b、pm3c、pm5、pm6和pm8的毒力频率较高(76.5%~95.2%),而对pm2、pm2x、pm4a、pm4b和pm2+6的频率较低(0~16.7%);对10个主要推广小麦品种毒力频率均较高(92.2%~100%)。还对抗源材料的有效性进行了评价。
From 1994 to 1996, the structure of wheat powdery mildew in Henan Province and the resistance of wheat cultivars to powdery mildew were analyzed by virulence frequency analysis and in-situ identification. The results showed that all the wheat cultivars in Henan Province had the corresponding virulence genes, but the frequencies of virulence genes were significantly different. The frequency of virulence for pm1, pm3b, pm3c, pm5, pm6 and pm8 was high (76.5% -95.2%), but lower for pm2, pm2x, pm4a, pm4b and pm2 + 6 (0-16). 7%).
