目的:建立白术质量的化学模式识别方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对32个白术样品进行测定,并将获取的指纹图谱采用系统聚类分析和逐步判别分析进行化学模式识别研究。结果与结论:根据化学模式识别的研究结果,将32个样品分为优等品、一般品和伪品3个等级,初步建立了评价白术真伪优劣的新方法。
Objective: To establish a chemical pattern recognition method for Atractylodes macrocephala. Methods: 32 samples of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The obtained fingerprints were analyzed by systematic cluster analysis and stepwise discriminant analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: According to the results of the chemical pattern recognition, 32 samples were divided into three grades of excellent products, general products and counterfeits, and a new method for evaluating the quality of Atractylodes authenticity was established.
