用SAP_5程序进行结构强度分析,采用板、梁单元离散车辆结构,能较精确地和原型相拟合,不仅提高了计算精度,还节约了机时。但在处理铁道车辆板与梁的连接时,必须用到伪单元。本文对伪单元应用中出现的问题进行了阐述和分析,提出在铁道车辆上用伪单元连接板、梁单元时,d_大可取为EJ/L,并建立了伪单元刚度矩阵的通式,使用者可根据结构的具体情况将有关参数代入即可上机运算。另外,对程序错误之处也作了修改。所有理论分析的结论均通过计算和试验对比给了验证。
With SAP_5 program for structural strength analysis, the use of plate and beam units discrete vehicle structure, can be more accurately fitted with the prototype, not only improve the accuracy, but also save machine time. However, in dealing with the connection of railway vehicle panels and beams, dummy units must be used. In this paper, the problems in the application of the pseudo-unit are described and analyzed. It is proposed that d_ should be EJ / L and the general formula of the pseudo-unit stiffness matrix should be established when the slab and beam units are connected by pseudo-units. The user can according to the specific circumstances of the structure parameters will be substituted into the computer operation. In addition, the procedural errors have also been modified. All the conclusions of theoretical analysis are verified by calculation and experiment.
