对9例施行瓣膜置换术(VR)的患者,在术前和术后早期(10天)分别采用彩色多普勒超声心动图(D-UCG)和无创心功能仪两项技术进行了心功能检测。结果发现,术后早期心功能有一定程度的改善,各项指标中以彩超射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(△D%)、E峰加速度(EAC)以及无创心功能仪心肌收缩指数(HI)、等容收缩时间(ICT)、和颈动脉搏动图切迹垂直高度与顶峰垂直高度比值(PI/PC)为敏感和有效指标,两种无创技术检测的左室收缩和泵血功能参数中以射血时间(ET)相关性最好(r=0.416,P<0.10)。
Nine patients undergoing valvular replacement (VR) underwent heart function using color Doppler echocardiography (D-UCG) and noninvasive cardiac function before and after surgery (10 days) Detection.
