当前,我国医药卫生体制改革已经进入深水区,公立医院为适应新医改,需要不断改善和提升管理水平,保障医院可持续发展。平衡计分卡是采用多重指标对组织进行绩效评价的一种系统的方法,将其运用到公立医院中,有利于调动广大医务人员的积极性,更好地为患者服务,助力于公立医院进一步落实战略目标和公益性。
At present, the reform of China’s medical and health system has entered the Sham Shui Po District. In order to adapt to the new medical reform, public hospitals need to continuously improve and upgrade the management level so as to ensure the sustainable development of the hospital. Balanced Scorecard is a systematic method to evaluate the performance of the organization by using multiple indicators. Applying it to public hospitals is helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of the general medical staff, to better serve the patients and to further implement them in public hospitals Strategic goals and public welfare.
