对25MnV钢进行了三种不同的热轧工艺试验,检验了热轧盘条的微观组织和拉伸性能。经相同工艺拉拔的热轧盘条,在相同退火参数下进行了球化退火,分析了退火线材的金相组织、拉伸性能、硬度等方面的差异。结果表明,样品I热轧盘条存在大量贝氏体和晶粒过度细化,它们均不利于球化退火。
Three different hot rolling tests were carried out on 25MnV steel to examine the microstructure and tensile properties of the hot rolled wire rod. The hot-rolled wire rods drawn by the same process were spheroidized at the same annealing parameters, and the differences of the microstructure, tensile properties and hardness of the annealed wire were analyzed. The results show that there are a large number of bainite and grain refinement in the hot-rolled coil of sample I, which are not conducive to spheroidizing annealing.
