海洋石油工程是复杂的多元化系统工程,需要编制比较合理的可操作的项目进度计划,才能合理地统筹安排整个项目的管理工作。由于地域、政治、文化、资源、管理要求等方面的不同,国际海洋石油工程项目比国内项目的进度计划编制工作更加复杂困难。介绍了海洋石油工程项目进度计划编制理论,并应用P6软件,通过国际项目实例阐述并分析了如何编制项目进度计划,最后进行了项目进度计划总结,给出了建议。该编制方法可为同行业计划工程师及项目管理者提供借鉴。
Offshore oil engineering is a complex and diversified systematic project. It needs to formulate a more reasonable and feasible project schedule so as to reasonably arrange the management of the entire project.
