助老服务供餐存在烧煮、分装、运送等诸多加工环节,食品安全风险不容忽视。本文对静安区助老服务的供餐单位及就餐站点进行调研,了解这种新型供餐模式的食品卫生现状,寻找风险存在环节,探讨加强食品安全监管对策。
Help serve the existence of existing service cooking, packaging, transportation and many other aspects of processing, food safety risks can not be ignored. In this paper, we investigate the feeding units and dining sites for helping elderly in Jing’an District, understand the status quo of food hygiene in this new feeding mode, look for the existence of risks, and discuss ways to strengthen food safety regulation.
