[目的]探讨河南安阳食管癌高发区食管癌和贲门癌的流行趋势。[方法]分析安阳市肿瘤防治办公室提供的37年间(1973～2009年)安阳地区几家大医院住院治疗患者资料,入选患者为安阳籍的每年新诊断的当地手术切除并经病理证实的食管癌/贲门癌患者。并以安阳市新型农村合作医疗资料(2006～2008年)作为补充。用线性回归分析进行数据分析。[结果]安阳地区1973～2009年食管/贲门癌新发病例数显著增加,而安阳市新型农村合作医疗新发病例数相对稳定。[结论]安阳地区的食管/贲门癌新发病例数仍处于高水平,未发现下降趋势。
[Objective] To investigate the prevalence of esophageal and cardiac cancer in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer in Anyang, Henan Province. [Methods] The data of inpatients in several major hospitals in Anyang in 37 years (from 1973 to 2009) provided by Anyang Cancer Prevention and Treatment Office were analyzed. Each year, newly diagnosed local surgically resected and confirmed pathologically confirmed esophageal cancer / Cardiac cancer patients. And Anyang City, new rural cooperative medical information (2006 ~ 2008) as a supplement. Linear regression analysis for data analysis. [Results] The incidence of esophageal / cardiac cancer in Anyang increased significantly from 1973 to 2009, while the new cases of new rural cooperative medical care in Anyang were relatively stable. [Conclusion] The new cases of esophageal / cardiac cancer in Anyang area are still at a high level, and no declining trend has been found.
