近年来,随着经济的快速发展,人力资源成为企业抢夺最激烈的资源。而中小企业由于经济实力、行业地位、发展平台、品牌等都不占优势,因此人才缺乏成为制约它们进一步发展的障碍。为了解决人才短缺问题,许多中小企业不得不自己培养所需人才,有的甚至试图效仿一些大企业建立企业大学。但是,根据笔者多年对中国中小企业,尤其是民营企业的深入研究来看,构建企业大学并非中小企业解决人才问题的有效方式,而构建知识共享体系则相对更为适用。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development, human resources have become the enterprises to grab the most intense resources. However, because of their economic strength, industry status, development platform and brand, SMEs are not dominant. Therefore, the shortage of qualified personnel has become an obstacle to their further development. In order to solve the problem of talent shortage, many SMEs have to cultivate their own talents, and some even try to imitate some large enterprises to establish enterprise universities. However, according to the author’s many years of in-depth study of SMEs in China, especially private-owned enterprises, it is not an effective way for SMEs to solve the problem of talents, but the construction of knowledge-sharing system is relatively more applicable.
