在大田生产条件下,对6个转基因抗虫杂交棉品种光合性能及产量和品质性状进行了比较研究,结果表明,与豫杂35相比,中杂7号的叶片SPAD值、光合性能和Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ在部分时间下降,产量无显著差异,纤维品质指标有优有劣;中棉38叶片SPAD值、光合性能和Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ总体较低,产量减少,但纤维品质较好;中棉48叶片光合性能优于豫杂35,结铃数极显著减少,但铃重极显著增加,产量无显著差异,纤维品质较优;泗杂3号叶片SPAD值、光合性能和Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ有升有降,增产达极显著水平,但纤维品质略差;郑杂1号叶片Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ总体较低,皮棉减产,品质也略差.
The photosynthetic performance, yield and quality traits of 6 transgenic hybrid cotton varieties were compared under field conditions. The results showed that compared with Yuza35, the leaf SPAD value, photosynthetic capacity and Fv / Fm, Fv / Fo and ФPSⅡ decreased at some time, the yield did not differ significantly, and the fiber quality index had both excellent and bad performance. The SPAD Fv / Fo and ФPSⅡ increased and reached the extremely significant level, but the fiber quality was slightly worse. The Fv / Fm, Fv / Fo and ФPSⅡ of Zhengza 1 were generally low, and the lint Cut, the quality is also slightly worse.
